To celebrate the annual winter harvest, we zested and juiced 283kg of Marrakesh's finest Bergamot lemons. Added after fermentation to preserve their delicate flavour, the Bergamots have imparted their unique, fresh, fragrant, and floral flavours to this fruit forward kettle sour.

Level Up is an American Style Red Ale that balances six malts against two different hops. We change the hops up with each release and this version uses fruity Australian Summer in the kettle piney American Simcoe as the dry hop.
Ultrahops Vienna is a Pale Ale with lashings of Vienna malt giving it a toasty base onto which Ultra and TnT hops have been layered to provide a stone fruit and citrus flavour.
Peat smoked malt, noble hops and de-husked roasted malt combine to give a complex, deep brown, smoky beer with a subtle fruity hop flavour. Try it with smoked, barbecued or roasted meat/fish, chipotle BBQ sauce or bitter dark chocolate. Dominant flavours/aromas: Coffee, chocolate, peat smoke.
A sweet, briney, chewy trouble maker, brewed with dark Belgian candi syrup, lactose and Hebridean sea salt. Try it alongside a nip of your favorite lightly peated whisky. Dominant flavours/aromas: Sweet, salty, rich, caramel, fudge, chocolate.
Sweet floral and citrus hop aromas give way to resinous, citrus and pine hop flavours balanced by rich biscuit and caramel malts. Try it with spicy pasta, pizza or strong cheddars. Dominant flavours/aromas: Caramel, biscuit, citrus.
Big tropical and citrus fruit flavours and aromas develop into a lasting bitterness that brings you back for more. Try it with Indian curries, spicy pizzas or chorizo. Dominant flavours/aromas: Tropical, citrus, bitter.
Hoppy and pale, brewed with NZ and US hops to make a refreshing light beer. Dominant flavours/aromas: Lemon, lime, tropical fruits, orange zest.
