PackingAll our case prices include free delivery, and we are proud that we pack your beers with the care they deserve. We believe that our packing is among the best in the business, and we have a very low breakage rate. We re-pack all beers into durable, cushioned packaging, which generally withstand the worst that can befall them. In the unlikely event of a breakage, we will do our best to replace the broken goods as swiftly as possible. Gift ServiceIf you require a gift service where a case is delivered with a special message, please drop us an email - we will be adding an "Additional Information" box shortly. If you require delivery near a specific date, please advise us accordingly. Whilst we cannot guarantee delivery on a specific date, we will do our best. Our carriers normally only deliver Mondays to Fridays and delivery takes two to three days from dispatch. Because we maybe occasionally out of stock of a particular beer, if you are sending a gift for a birthday is is wise to give us time to advise you if there is a problem with availability. How to OrderTo buy an item, you either click on the buy "Buy a case" button, or specify the number you want in the box next to the "Buy" button, adjacent to the product. You will then be transferred to a 'Basket' page which allows the shopper to see all the items currently selected for purchase. If you have ordered less than 12, or something that isn't a multiple of 12, you will see an warning message in red. We generally only despatch in multiples of 12. Your shopping basket can also be accessed from the main menu at the left of each page. From the 'Basket' page it is possible to change the quantities ordered and delete items. You may also proceed to the 'Check Out' page, where you will be asked to provide your personal details. Please ensure that you include a telephone number at the delivery address and if possible alternative delivery arrangements. On the next page the total order will be displayed. Once you are satisfied that the order is correct, credit card details can be sent, on line via a secure server, by fax or by a telephone depending on the option selected. You will receive a confirmation email that your order has been placed. You will also receive emails when we pack and despatch your items.
