Probably the worlds greatest beer. Complex brewing and blending processes produce this brilliant brew. Looks like a lager, very lively, but is a top fermented, malty hoppy beer ... nice and dry.

Hommel bier (Belgian Ale, 25cl, 7.5%abv)
Bursting with flavour.Strong on hops, like a top quality English ale.Bottle conditioned beer from the centre of the hop growing area of Belgium.

Grimbergen Blond (Abbey Ale, 33cl, 6.7%abv)
Fairly light abbey beer, softly malty on the palate, with a hint of hops in the fairly tart finish.

Leffe Bruin (Abbey Ale, 33cl, 6.5%abv)
Rich smokey aroma. A very dark brown ale. Strong sweet taste with hints of burnt malt. Full bodied. Leaves a pronounced bitter aftertaste. Another classic from Leffe.

Palm (Belgian Ale, 33cl, 5.0% abv)
The top selling standard ale in Belgium, produced by the family Palm brewery, first established in 1747. A nice light refreshing beer. Malty and fruity with a tart finish.

Maes Pilsner (Pilsner, 25cl, 5.2%abv)
Soft, commercial but good quality lager, notable for its slightly flowery aroma and gentle finish

Morte Subite Gueuze (Lambic, 25cl, 4.5% abv)
Meaning "sudden death" but these lambics are far from strong. Rather they are sparkly refreshing aperitifs.Good quality fairly sweet lambic, but with the characteristic dry winey notes in the finish

St Louis Kriek (Fruit Beer, 25cl, 4.5%abv)
Good quality lambic, from our preferred producer

Westmalle Dubbel (Trappist Ale, 33cl, 7.0%abv)
Dark, fruity dubbel, hints of dried fruit and cocoa on the nose, and a fairly long fruity finish.

Rodenbach Ordinaire (Belgian Sour Red Ale, 25cl, 5%abv)
A blend of young and aged beers, this fairly sharp red ale is light, refreshing, and an excellent introduction to the style.

Taylor's Sweet is an old Somerset cider apple, it is a mild and delicate variety which produces a cider with a light, refreshing flavour, and subtle aroma. This is a medium to sweet cider.

2 x Cider With Honey (50cl 5.4abv)
This unusual cider is made from the finest home grown cider apples and then blended with a small amount of best Somerset honey. This careful balance produces an excellent medium cider with a smooth, delicate flavour and pleasant aroma.

2 x Dabinett (50cl 7.2%abv)
This apple has an abundance of rich, sweet fruit aromas with a full-bodied taste which lends it's self well to a medium cider. Sparkling.

2 x Tremmletts (50cl 7.2%abv)
A fine old Somerset cider apple. Its early ripening deep red streaky fruit produces juice with a high tannin content, the mark of quality found in traditionally made cider. Sheppy's Tremlett's Bitter is rich in flavour and medium/dry in taste.

2 x Kingston Black (50cl 7.2%abv)
Originating in the vale of Taunton Deane, this apple variety is a shy bearer of high quality, crimson red fruit which gives a refreshingly crisp flavour to this deliciously appley sparkling cider.

2 x Oakwood Special (50cl 6%abv)
The original flavour of Oakwood Special, created from a select blend of there finest traditional cider apples. It is an exceptional medium-dry lightly sparkling cider with a bright and refreshing taste.

Wonderful, balanced stout - hints of coffee, chocolate and dried fruit, and a persistent, delicious finish.

Porter pours as very dark with a hint of ruby colouring. It is intensely malty with burnt caramel & liquorice tones. It is smooth on the palate with a well-balanced dry finish from the hops. .

Naylors Pinnacle Porter (50cl, 4.8%abv)
Chocolate malt and roasted barley give flavours of coffee and cocoa in this rich,dark beer.Generous use of hops balances the flavours to deliver a smooth satisfying pint.

St. Peters Honey Porter(50cl, 4.5%abv)
A traditional English Porter finished with honey for a truly unique aroma

Williams Bros. Midnight Sun (50cl,5.6%abv)
Midnight Sun is a black porter style beer, created from a blend of malted barley, oats, roast barley and chocolate malt. Eminently drinkable!

Characteristically soft Burton porter - plenty of roasted grain aroma and flavour, and a gently fruity finish. .

Osset Treacle Stout (50cl, 5%abv)

Westons Special Vintage,

Deep in colour and flavour, blended with both Styrian Golding and Cascade hops, a deep bronze ale with a rich biscuit flavour and a spicy aroma.

Durham Evensong (50cl, 5%abv)
An old fashioned English dark strong bitter. Based on an original 1937 recipe, this ruby coloured beer balances generous quantities of Goldings hops with luscious dark malt.

Pale and golden in colour, rich fruity malt hints of yeast, with earthy, woody, hop with honey and alcohol notes. Generously malty with balanced spicy hop in the middle leading, to a lingering hop finish, with honeyed fruity malt and a hint of warming alcohol.
